The architect is also working on the high line, and is a work by a design team that has the momentum to drop the flying birds, and is currently in charge of the extension of the Museum of Modern Art, NY.
6. VIA 57 West

Architect: Bjarke Ingels (BIG)
Purpose: Living
It’s a work by a very popular architect from Denmark, and it has a novel design that has greatly changed the skyline along the Hudson River.
7. World Trade Center

Architect: Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM)
Purpose: Office
The SOM architecture, but notable is the design of the curtain wall by James Carpenter, also known as the glass sculptor, which creates a very beautiful reflection of light.

It is a work of Renzo Piano, which has been perfectly calculated in terms of functionality, by blending into downtown beautifully after moving from uptown.

The impressively shaped Foster Hearst Tower is also NY's first “Green Office Building” certified building.
10. 56 Leonard Street
Completion 2017
Architects: Herzog & De Meuron
Purpose: Living
The latest condominium by Herzog & De Meuron, which is in tension. It's a shame that the design has changed since the budget was cut, but it's popular with New Yorkers as the "Jenga Building."
